Return & Refund Policy

At G3 Second Hand Mobile Store, customer satisfaction is a priority. Please review our refund and return policy below:


1. Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection within 2 working days.

  • If approved, the refund process will be initiated within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the process begins.


3. Non-returnable Items

  • Earphones, screen protectors, and any hygiene-related items.

  • Final sale or clearance items.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for the same item if it’s defective or damaged.

  • Once the exchange request is approved and the defective item is received, the replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • The exchange shipment will be delivered to you within 3–5 business days.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

Report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with photo evidence, via email.
